Mr Victor Kow
Mr Kow, Singaporean, MBA and Msc HRM, a senior HR Management Consultant, Trainer and Practitioner in Singapore and the region with over 30 years of management experience.
Mr Kow has worked with the public and private sectors in Singapore assuming positions like Senior VP of HR, Assistant GM of HR, Head of Training & Development, HR Manager and HR Planning and Development manager. He has worked with Multi-national companies like BP Singapore and BP Asia Pacific, DBS Land and statutory board like Central Provident Fund Board. In addition, Mr Kow has good working knowledge of HR matters in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan and PR China.
Besides conducting training workshops in all areas of human resource management (Particularly on Compensation, Performance Management and Strategic HRM), problem solving & decision making skills and management related training, Mr Kow also.lectures on subjects in Human Capital Management, Strategic HR Information Management & Strategic Training Needs Identification and Strategic Training Design etc. in the diploma and degree programmes.
